About Us

It was in 1980 that the decision was made to begin packaging and marketing our own formula of innovative repair mixtures. During a routine job, pool repairman Steve Brooks (the owner’s older brother) ran out of repair materials a long distance away from our shop. He went to the nearest pool retail store and purchased a pool repair kit to finish the job. Steve found the repair kit materials he purchased elsewhere were harder to work with, had inferior bonding and did not look as good as our E-Z Patch formula of repair materials.

Steve suggested to his brother Bob, "why not start  packaging and marketing the materials to repair people and homeowners everywhere". This is how   E-Z PATCH repair and construction supplies began.

Hands on Experience

Bob Brooks (photo at right) is owner of E-Z Products and maker of E-Z PATCH®. He has been working in the pool renovation and ceramic tile industry in the Phoenix Metropolitan area since 1970. Since the starting of his manufacturing company in 1980, Bob has provided top quality pool and ceramic tile repair products and construction supplies to pool servicepersons, builders and owners nationwide. He also enjoys teaching instructional seminars at pool trade shows. Married with two daughters, Bob resides in Cave Creek, Arizona where he still operates his manufacturing company.
